# Demo workbooks

The demo workbooks show every StreamXLS feature in action.

Prerequisites: StreamXLS, TWS API, and TWS or IB Gateway running with API enabled (see [Get started](https://streamxls.com/docs)).

**A downloaded .xlsm: unblock it first.** Microsoft 365 blocks the macros in files from the internet. With the file closed, right-click it → *Properties* → check **Unblock** → *OK*; if there is no Unblock box, skip this. Open the file. To check the signer before any macro runs, choose *File → Info → Enable Content → Advanced Options*: it names StreamXLS LLC. Then click **Enable Content**.
