Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT and sales tax. Freemius, our merchant of record, lets you pay in US dollars or euros and shows your VAT-inclusive total before you pay; a business that enters a valid VAT ID at checkout is not charged VAT and accounts for it itself under the reverse charge.

§ How buying works

From checkout to activated.

  1. Pick your billing cycle — monthly or annual — and one or two machines on the checkout page.
  2. Your license key arrives by email.
  3. Open the StreamXLS Control Panel from the Start menu and paste the license key to activate.
  4. Manage billing, machine count, invoices, and subscriptions any time at streamxls.com/account.
  5. Cancel any time — it takes effect at the end of the paid period.

No trial sign-up is needed — the 30-day free trial starts on first run, so nobody has to pay to evaluate. Your purchase contract is with Freemius, our merchant of record, and their terms give you a full refund on request within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet downloaded the software. Any other refund request within 14 days of a charge is considered on its merits — write to [email protected]. If a subscription lapses, live data stops but nothing is deleted — workbooks and data stay yours, and everything resumes when you renew (details). Full terms are in the license agreement.
